Richard Smith is a results-driven senior executive with over 35 years of experience leading successful organizations not only as a financial consultant but as an owner, CFO, and CEO. His qualifications cross all core operational and financial functions, and he is expert in reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening operations to build value, drive corporate earnings and propel future growth.

Richard works closely with HRV leadership on strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on city, state and national levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.  He oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization.

Richard, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, travels frequently on foot as an avid runner.  Additionally, he is a recipient of a Entrepreneurial Management Program certificate from Carnegie Mellon University’s Graduate School of Industrial Administration (Tepper School of Business).
