James Harris

Concrete Project Supervisor

James Harris is a QA/QC inspection project supervisor in the firm’s Concrete group.  With nearly 15 years of experience performing QA/QC inspection during the production of precast and prestressed concrete products, he provides oversight and technical expertise to HRV concrete field inspection staff.  James’ experience includes high profile projects for Michigan Department of Transportation, Virginia Department of Transportation, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and numerous other transportation agencies and authorities.  James is a certified PCI Level III, an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, and an ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician.  He earned his B.A., Economics from the University of Florida.  James takes advantage of the South Florida climate in his spare time, enjoying kayaking fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and relaxing on the beach.  He also enjoys traditional woodworking, ranging from turning pens, to crafting full size furniture.
