Coatings Project Supervisor

Richard Fulton is a project supervisor in the firm’s Coatings group.  With over 20 years of experience in coatings application and quality inspection of structural steel bridge members, his inspection career has largely consisted of bridge rehabilitation and refurbishing projects that include blasting, containment, and field paint application.  Rich provides supervision to inspectors responsible for documenting inspection activities including maintenance of traffic, laboratory test analysis, and waste hauling and disposal activities.  He also reviews paint submittals for industrial painting projects that include the audit of abrasive blasting containment plans, worker health and safety plans, disposal of lead waste plans, QC plans, and hazardous waste plans.  Rich is a certified NACE Level 3 Coatings Inspector, SSPC Level 2 Concrete Coatings Inspector, SSPC QC Supervisor, and an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his dog Lucy, hunting, shooting, wood working, kayaking and Penguins hockey.
